New vid - past firing

Here is anew video I've put up, while waiting for this kiln to cool. This was shot in 2010.
The soundtrack is The Damned - from their last album. A bit manic perhaps for a woodfiring, but it's representative of my adrenalin levels. The kiln smokes heavily for 1 or 2 hours but then the chimney gets so hot and the passive dampers let in so much air that it burns pretty clean from then on.
What is it with blokes and prog rock!
ReplyDeleteWhat a process, glad I've got a gas kiln, not so labour intensive, plus I don't think the council would approve we are in a smokeless zone.
